Before you write, these might help:

• Where's my order? Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
• Not sure it's working for your dog? Give it a few weeks of short, regular sessions. If you don't see more good days within 90 days of delivery, we'll refund you in full.
• Returns: please message us before sending anything back. In most cases you won't need to.
