Overview

This website is operated by WarmWag, a sole trader based in Prague, Czech Republic. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Using our store

You agree to use our store only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information when you place an order. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Some lifestyle photos on this site are digitally created to show how the product is used.

The WarmWag Comfort Light is a wellness product for pets. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it doesn't replace care from your veterinarian. Every dog is different and results vary. Our 60-second joint check is general information, not a veterinary diagnosis.

3. Safe use

Read and follow the included instructions before the first use. In particular:

  • Never look into the light or point it at anyone's eyes, human or animal. Wear the included protective glasses while the light is on, and keep it away from your dog's face.
  • Rest the light head on the fur and move it to a new spot if your dog seems uncomfortable. Stop if you notice redness, warmth that bothers your dog, or any unusual reaction.
  • Ask your vet before use if your dog is pregnant, has cancer or a growth in the area, has an open wound, has a known light sensitivity, or is under veterinary treatment.
  • The device is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children and pets when not in use, and don't use it if it's damaged.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to the US and import duties. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

6. Discounts

Discount codes and automatic discounts, such as "Buy 2, save $50", are applied at checkout, can't be combined unless stated, and can't be exchanged for cash.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery times and our 90-day money-back guarantee are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and the WarmWag name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm caused by use that doesn't follow the instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under the law of your place of residence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
